An AI job application assistant that gives each job its own resume

Jobapplier is an AI job application assistant: it reads new jobs from companies' own career pages every hour, scores each one against your profile, tailors your resume to each job description and fills in the application.

A short animation of Jobapplier: a search for backend jobs ranked by match score, a resume tailored to one posting, the employer's form filled by the extension until the person presses Submit, and an Agent rule that applies

How an application goes

  1. 1

    Find

New jobs come in every hour from employers' own career pages on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and more. Filter them by title, place and work model.

  2. 2

    Score

Each job is scored against your profile, with a line saying why, so the good ones come first.

  3. 3

    Tailor

Your resume is tailored to the job description, and a cover letter is written from it, every sentence of the letter checked against your own experience.

  4. 4

    Apply

The extension fills the form in your browser for you to check and submit, or the Agent applies by rules you write.

What it does for you

Auto apply

Auto apply to jobs that fit your own rules

Jobapplier's Agent will auto apply to jobs for you on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and other one-page forms. You say which jobs are worth an application, by match score, country, work model, company or words in the title; it applies to the ones that fit, a few at a time, and shows you each one it sent.

Resume tailoring

Tailor your resume to each job description

Jobapplier tailors your resume to a job description by reading the skills the posting asks for and working the ones your resume misses into your own experience. Your employers, titles, dates and degrees stay exactly as you wrote them.

Match score

A resume job match score before you apply

Jobapplier gives you a resume job match score for each posting: how close your resume is to the skills and words the posting asks for. Every job also gets a score against your profile, so the good ones come first. The same match shows on the job, in the Tailor window and in the browser extension.

Cover letter

An AI cover letter generator that writes from your resume

Jobapplier's AI cover letter generator writes each letter for one posting, from that posting's resume and your profile. Then every sentence is checked against them, and a sentence that claims more than they show is rewritten or cut.

Browser extension

A job application autofill extension for your own browser

Jobapplier's job application autofill extension for Chrome fills forms on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and many other career sites, Workday's multipage forms included. Open a form and a panel opens beside it; press Autofill, and your details, your resume and answers written from it go in. You check it, then you press Submit.

Questions

Is Jobapplier free?

The job board is open to everyone. Free has 2 tailored resumes, 4 autofills and 2 cover letters a day, with applying on the employer's form and the Tracker. Pro has everything: unlimited tailoring and autofill, cover letters, Orion and the Agent, up to 30 sends a day. Pro costs $39.99 a month, $89.99 every 3 months or $17.99 a week, with sales tax or VAT included and less in many countries. You can cancel any time.

How does Jobapplier tailor a resume to a job description?

It reads the required and preferred skills in the job description and works the ones your resume misses into the lines whose work fits them, at the level you choose: Off, Light, Balanced or Aggressive. Your employers, titles, dates and degrees stay as you wrote them.

Does it send applications without me?

Only the Agent does, and only to jobs that fit an Apply rule you wrote. The browser extension never submits by itself: you press Submit.

Will the AI make things up on my resume?

Tailoring works the posting's skills into the experience you already have. It never adds or changes an employer, a job title, a date, a school, a degree or a work authorization.

Where do the jobs come from?

From employers' own career pages on the systems they post with, read every hour, and from LinkedIn postings whose Apply goes to the employer's own site. Postings that have closed are not applied to.

Does it autofill Workday and Greenhouse applications?

Yes. The browser extension fills Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS and many other career sites and employers' own forms, page by page on a form of several pages, such as Workday's. How far it gets differs by site: a CAPTCHA, an account sign-in or an emailed code is always left to you, and so is Submit.
